Constant cramping, any insight ?? 🤞🏼

Hi all, so for 3 weeks now I’ve had constant cramps on my left side. Sometimes it’s mild, but randomly I’ll get it where I just have to sit or stand there for a few seconds and let it pass. It started 4 days before my period and hasn’t gone away. Period was 2 days late and only lasted 2 days. I have an appointment with my OB on Xmas eve but wondering if anyone’s experienced this and what your outcome was?
