Vagina is hurting, but a lot of normal discharge.

So a couple days ago my vagina started to “ache” (if that’s the right word to use). I just feel a lot of discomfort. Also, I have been having a lot of regular colored and non-smelly discharge. Not to mention, I have been peeing a lot lately. What could this be? I am sexually active, but I’ve never had unprotected sex. Can someone help?! I’m starting to get scared. I don’t really stay hydrated, so could it be kidney stones, or do you think it’s an std?
