Starting exercise anxiety ??
Hey ladies ! For the longest time I have wanted to lose weight, but never can stick with it. For 2019 I really want it to be MY YEAR !! I want to start eating better an start exercising, overall just become a better and healthier me. Im 18 currently go to college that has a track (like usual) and a 24/7 free gym, everything included like trainers, equipment, classes, etc. Im not exactly a small girl so I have some anxiety over starting to exercise. How do I get over the anxiety of people watching me? Should I get a membership away from the school or ignore the people who watch an take advantage of the free gym?
