i’m so dumb, help?!? PLS

so me and my boyfriend always only do a first round of sex and that’s all. we tried a second round and we stopped after like a minute or 2 bc i accidentally moved and i hurt him pretty bad. was he supposed to wash off his penis before he put another condom on or no? am i at risk for pregnancy??? i read that sperm could have gotten on his hands and gotten on the outside of the condom. we waited like 10-15 minutes before he put another condom on though bc it took him a while to get hard again so would the sperm cells already die by then? we were in his car so it was pretty cold. like 50 degrees. i’m on the pill but i was on my inactive pills. i’ve never missed a pill though but i was basically on my 4th day of my period. i’m so paranoid ugh :(
