nuvaring schedule
If I can’t remember what time I removed my nuvaring a week ago does it matter what time I put it in? Like does my BC not work if I took it out on Sunday last week at 10 am but put it in this Sunday at like 4pm? Does that make sense? I’m just worried I won’t be protected this next week during sex
