How long should it take to lose baby weight if you work your ass off?

Depends how much weight you take. I took less than 20 pound and I already super close to original weight after a week (huge baby helped...)

Where’s the option for 0 months? I lost the weight as soon as I gave birth but I was pretty small throughout my pregnancy.

I gained 40, in 2 years I’ve only lost 20 without really trying to loose the other 20. When I first had my son the best advice I got was “it took you 9 months to put on that weight, your body just went through hell and back, give yourself 9 months to heal and get the weight off”. Just take it easy for the first 6-8 weeks and keep an open line of communication with your doctor after that. ❤️❤️ congratulations on the baby and the wedding!!!! 🍾

Everybody's body is different, with my 1st kid I bounced back less than 2 weeks and with my second , it took 2 months. But an average I would think about 6 months
