Not sure ?

So I jst had a baby about 4 months ago I had the normal bleeding for about a month. And since then haven’t gotten a period , we’ve been sexually active without anything not pregnant but i recently started spotting , i think ?

I see blood but it doesn’t feel like a period , I’m not bleeding like a period it’s like jst spotting but once again doesn’t feel like a period at all . I’m not really sure what’s happening . I would usually get the feeling of bloating and back pain idk if it would be different now after having a baby ?
