Loss of symptoms?

Hi ladies so I am 6 weeks and 3 days today but for the past 3 days I basically have no symptoms at all. Up until now I had sore boobs and pretty bad nausea and now nothing!! Is this normal?? Or is it a silent mc??? Please help!

U won’t know if ur having a miscarriage unless ur bleeding.

During my miscarriage at 10 weeks, the first sign for me was spotting after bowel movements. After spotting for a day all my symptoms were instantly gone. But like I said, I had spotting first. I’ve read it’s normal for symptoms to come and go. Maybe put a call into your OB and see what they recommend you do :)

It’s normal for symptoms to come and go, as your body is adjusting. But anytime you have a concern, best to ask/see your doctor for peace of mind. 
And you may want to post under a different category, as this is for those who are still TTC.
