Miscarriage or blood clot?!?

Never had a blood clot this big. Had extremely bad cramps that made me nauseous.Just wondering ?

If you had a positive test, then it could be a miscarriage.
However if you never got a positive then it's impossible to say as there's no proof of whether you were pregnant or not. Clots this size can be normal, but if it's abnormal for you or you're worried you should visit a doctor.
