flat butt!!
okay so i’ve been wanting to exercise and eat to build my butt for quite some time. i know i don’t have to do this and my boyfriend likes my butt for the way it is lol but i still want to change it for myself. I don’t want huge dramatic changes, just some volume and shape. does anyone have any starter advice for me? i downloaded the nike training app and they have glute workouts but i’m afraid they’ll make my butt smaller. they’re mostly titled “glute toner”. i don’t want to work out too much cause that will work against me. advice please!!!!
