Eczema

can someone plz tell me if they’ve seen this before.. i recently found out my son had eczema(between the creases on his arms and legs) . he has been having a rash i guess in his hair and on his forehead and it seems to be getting worse.. his pediatrician only prescribed hydrocortisone that only seems to work on his arms and legs, the last picture is his actual scalp, it’s like a bunch of little sores .. has anybody seen this before? how do i treat this ?
