Throat and chest pain 😓

I am currently 35 + 2 and have caught what I assume to be a cold. I woke up Friday morning with a sore throat and headache and felt very lethargic all day. Now 4 days later I still have a sore throat and a very painful cough. It burns in my chest and throat, and a small bit of phlegm can be heard. My voice is raspy. I’ve tried different tea variations which don’t do much, Tylenol for the headache which has worked, and yesterday got some lemon and honey cough drops which seem to help sooth but I don’t want to be eating them all day. I see my OB tomorrow but I am just dyinggg. It hurts so much to cough! Anyone else get this? How long should I expect the cough and pain to be around for?
