Help!
Okay ladies, I need your help and advice here.
Recently reignited my passion for working out, I've let myself go over the past year or two and need to get back on track.
I know they say you can't spot treat any specific area with workouts, but I would love to hear what ya'll use for certain areas.
I'm mainly concerned about getting leaner without bulking up. My arms, my booty, my upper thighs, my belly, and my mid section/muffin top are my biggest insecurities and my biggest problem areas.
So, my question...exercises for slimming down these areas more efficiently?
Currently doing 30 mins cardio every day, and I alternate my days with legs, booty, arms, back with yoga and HIT in between
