Boobs no longer sore?

Question

I expected my period on Sat. I took a test Sat and it was Positive!! 
On Sat - My boobs were “full” and sore. Over the weekend I had mild cramping and upset tummy/gas. 
Now today my boobs are still full but they aren’t sore... kinda scared now.  No bleeding at all. 
Please tell me not to worry :(  can your boobs stop hurting so quickly?

My boob soreness comes and goes. For instance, my boobs aren’t sore at all when I wake up. I can poke them and nothing. But as soon as the afternoon rolls around, they are hellaaaaaaa tender lol

Symptoms come and go. With my 11  month son my sore breast went away at 7 weeks. This pregnancy no symptoms yet.  
With my son I had morning sickness from 14-16. Weeks.. dizzy spells around. 22-26 weeks.  And that was it with him.. 
Every pregnancy and woman is different.. and symptoms do come and go. Don't stress to much. Momma

Yea all symptoms come and go. I’m the worst with worrying about it but even my OB said don’t stress symptoms slightly changing day to day. Some days throughout pregnancy you’ll feel great and some days you’ll just feel pregnant.
