Weight loss story
My SO and i met it was 2014 and i was 170 lbs. In 2015 i gave birth and gained 30 lbs. My SO has always been a fit person and loved working out. He was (is) muscular and fit and i was a ball of cheetos 😂. Anyways, he tried to motivate me to workout with him but i just didnt take it serious. I got depressed and hated my self but i didnt want to do anything about it. I have PCOS and i was pre diabetic. Losing weight sounded like a hassle. It was like this for 4 years then i got pregnant again. I finally decided to take it serious. I was obese and i lost 20 lbs in pregnancy cause i went from pre diabetic to full blow type 2 diabetic so i had to diet. I was still 180 after birth but i took advantage of that little boost. I started working out in September (gave birth in August) now its December and im 160 lbs. Its been so hard but im so motivated and working out has made me see my self like ive never seen myself before. I love working out and i still have 30 left to loose but dang i feel great! I bought 1 pair of pants after i had my baby and it was a size 14. I was living in sweatpants so i would remind myself that i have no pants 😂. Today i decided to buy another pair and i bought a size 12. I went from pant size 16 to size 12 and shirt size xl/xxl to medium! Im so proud! Even after i went downhill my SO always loved me and he always believed on me. I dont know what i would do without his love and support. He is my motivation and i am forever grateful that he never made me feel anything but beautiful even when i was 200 lbs. He taught me everything i know and thanks to his knowledge and support i am here. I still have more to go and im so excited to keep going. 💪
