Weird post but I need help!

Okay so this is a weird ass post but I had a very weird poop earlier. It was kinda like big pebbles and was light brown and black. I've never had that happen before. I am currently 18 weeks pregnant and before this is suggested I'm not on iron medicine. I've had a whole lot of pain in my kidney area and I have been taking tylenol every 4 hours yesterday because I have severe tooth pain. I have a picture if someone wants it but I feel like that's a weird thing to post if yall understand by my description. Can someone help my worry?
