Could this be implantation or am I seriously having a period again??

A quick backup timeline: AF November 8-14 (normal) November 30-dec 3 I had dark brown blood with no cramping that I thought was implantation but hpt were negative and blood test was negative so the Ob said to count it as my period. Last night I had one light pink spot when I wiped and this morning i am having a light pinkish brown only when I wipe. I had some cramping last night for a few minutes and then it went away and I haven’t had a cramp since. I usually get bad cramps with AF. There’s not very much but I’m so confused and I don’t want to get my hopes up at all. I’m also Upset because I never experienced this until my doctor put me on progesterone because my period would come late or sometimes skip a month. But if this isn’t implantation now it seems like I’ll just have my period 500 times a year now.

Thanks for looking and yes, I’m calling my OB today and I’m going to try to speak to her nurse so they can hopefully squeeze me in sooner.
