Hot Flashes
Hi Ladies. I'm 21 years old and I get Hot Flashes all the time, no matter if I'm on my period or PMS-ing!!!
I know it's normal to get them but I get them almost everyday. It feels like inside my body gets on fire and it starts to get to my face. Then my cheeks start to burn! Literally BURN! And they turn so red! 😫
Is this still normal or is there something wrong with my body or my hormones!?
