Need some reassurance :,(

I stopped taking my combo pill about 2 weeks ago dye to HORRIBLE side effects and now I'm experiencing some serious bloating. Could the bloating be due to me stopping the pill? Also, I'm not trying to get pregnant so I am currently not having sex until I go and get my implant in about a week. I've taken pregnacy test to help reassure myself that I'm not pregnant. I have just felt very off since going off the pill. All the pregnancy test have been negative so I shouldn't be worried, right?
