I always leak no matter what I wear, I’ve tried multiple types of tampons and multiple types of cups. No matter what, I leak and I HATE it 😭
I’d rather cramp all day than always being paranoid and ruining all my clothes and constantly feeling a peeing sensation lol

I literally have terrible cramps and leak with my super heavy flow on underwear and jeans before I got on birth control.
