I know how to lose weight, as I’ve done it before but I know it’s harder this time.

I had my son 11 weeks ago and at first I lost a bunch of weight but I’ve been gaining every day that passes.

My post isn’t so much of how do I lose weight as much as it is how to get the motivation to do so.

I’m tired of looking at myself in the mirror and hating what I see but it isn’t enough.

Do any of you ladies have any tips to help with motivation?
