Tips on how to get rid of period bloat
My period usually bloats the hell out of me and I have a party to go to on new years (when I'll be on my period) and I'm wearing a teeny little bandeau so if y'all have some tips on how to not be bloated up like a balloon it'd be greatly appreciated
