1 week postpartum
Had my son a week ago. the day i gave birth December 11th i was 287lbss (i know most of it was fluid and baby weight) And ever since then i have been pumping my breast every 3 hours daily, drink about 8 bottles of detox water or plain water daily and have been walking a mile every other day. And i am back to my size 15 jeans and now 258lbs and my stomach has gotten flattter drastically. i love burning the extra calories while pumping. Also my appetite has been gone since birth so i eat very light like lowfat yogurts , fruits and salads etc. I cant wait til my doctor clears me for excercise i am aiming for 220lbs or less.
