10 days late 😩 i jus need some advise

I’m 10 days late I’ve been on clomid since August last month was my second round of 100mg i know clomid can make your period late it happened to me in September but only by 3 days now here i am 10 days late for AF my back has been killing me I’ve had mild cramps but mostly in my back I’ve had a couple headaches and today one of my breast were really sore just the nipple part and I’ve had bad gas for couple days I’ve taken dozens of test all negative 😞 i called my doctor she said wait a week and test again I’m so upset I’ve been having these symptoms since the day my period was supposed to start i don’t feel good at all going threw the pain everyday it makes me wish AF would jus come to ease my symptoms i know I’ve been getting negative results and i do want to be pregnant but i have a feeling i am i jus don’t understand what’s going on can someone please ease My thoughts
