late period
okay so my period has been late for over a month now. i'm only fourteen and I've been getting my period for a little over two years now. while I'm used to my periods being late by maybe a week at most, it hasn't been as late as this before.
I wouldn't really say that I'm stressed enough lately for my period to be THIS late. I think that it might be late because I've been eating a bit less than usual (wouldn't really say I've lost any weight tho), but then again maybe not. what could be happening??
is there any way to get my period to regulate itself again without having to go to a gynecologist or going on birth control?? seeing as how I'm fourteen I still think I'm a bit too young to start birth control, so I'd love to hear if there's any natural ways to try and get my cycle back on track again.
Edit: literally a day after I posted this I got my period! thanks for the tips, they were greatly appreciated
