Questions! Questions! Questions!

Okay, so this has been my 1st cycle on letrozole and using a trigger shot. I am 9 days post trigger shot that makes me about 8 days post ovulation. Today around noon I had this slightly mucusy discharge that had brown spots, then around 5pm I had alot of very creamy brown tinged discharge. I've been kinda crampy/feeling twinges yesterday and today. I've been testing to see when the hcg leaves my system from the trigger and was still getting a very faint line.

Any ideas what this could mean? Anyone else going through this with me? Really looking for feedback/support.
