Exhausted and fed up!
I started my weightloss journey in May of 2018. I weighed almost 190 lbs before I started. After I weighed 160 in September. I now weigh 173. I just started going to college and I currently started working a month ago. I dont have time to eat during the day or afternoon, so when I get home from work(which is late at night) I eat so many things because of how hungry I am, and then I go to sleep. I know, that's so bad, but I can't help it. I go to the gym at least once a week, which will be on my days off, but sometimes I dont have the energy to get up. I wanna change my habits of eating so late, not going to the gym and just being a lazy ass. I am determined that in these few weeks and this upcoming year I will have my shit together. 2019 will be my year I get my shit done ✔✔!!

My goal weight is 125-130 lbs, but I just don't hope to be that weight. I hope I can maintain it and be as healthy as I can be! 😀
