I will say in my personal experience that it is much worse to hold it in your mouth longer then you need to... so I just swallow as fast as I can

I said sometimes, because sometimes he wants to cum somewhere else like on my stomach or something, then obviously I'm not swallowing. But if he cums in my mouth then I swallow 100% of the time. I don't like the taste or texture of it much, but spitting it out is not going to help with that anyway, so I just swallow quickly and dont breathe out of my mouth or nose until it's all gone so I can't taste it and then drink a bunch of water to try to help with the after taste (though it doesn't really help much to be honest).

lol so I've read through some of the comments & I picked sometimes even though I swallow 95% of the time and I honestly enjoy it sooo much.. the first time I ever swallowed I remembered it tasting much more nasty and unpleasant than every time after but that's part of me getting used to it and my partner. You can try it once and see if you like it but if you don't want to you should never force yourself or feel obligated to swallow

My boyfriend was on a diet for a while where he hydrated a lot and ate less spicy foods and it made swallowing so much easier so if anything just make sure your man drinks lots of water and swallow fast or else it's just really salty
