Penis getting smaller!!!

So I've been with my SO for 10 years and it seems that his penis has slowly gotten smaller with age! He weighs the same as he did and is in decent shape! He has noticed it as well! Is this normal or should he mention it to his doctor! He is scared they will just blow it off as no big deal! Any nurses or doctors out there seen this and can advise would be greatly appreciated!
