When do you know it's the right time ?

My boyfriend & i have been together for almost 2 years and have been going strong since day 1. I want to have kids and get married soon but I'll wait a couple more years. I'm with him every day and I pretty much stay over every night l, when do you know when it's a good time to talk about living  together? Is it too soon ? One day in a couple years I want to start having a family  but he says not till he's about 30. Right now I'm turning 22 turning 23 in December and he's 25. Am I crazy but when do you know it's the right time to have a serious talk about moving in, marriage, starting a family ? I love him with all my heart I just want to be with him very day and live with him❤️
