Im not sure if i have a yeast infection or something else

My vulva has been itching for days and it's burns a lil so ive been searching it up. But now i woke up this morning to see that my discharge was yellow.( Yesterday it was white and kinda yeasty) Im freaking the fuck out. Cause now I searched it up and it's saying it might be a something else. I know I shouldn't do a self diagnostic and get all in my head but idk what to do. I don't want it to be an STD or anything like that. At least I know an infection can be cured. I'm going to try and go to the doctor but it's the holidays so it's a lil hard. Can someone just help me? Just for reassurance.
