Christmas and Food
Merry Christmas (or just happy holidays if you don’t celebrate it)! If your family is anything like mine you’ll be at parties with a SHIT TON of food, and not all of it healthy. I’ve had issues with body dysmorphia and disordered eating for 10 years and I always deal with guilt after over eating, even when I indulged a “normal” amount. I’ve gotten much better but I am thinking about how many calories I’ve eaten and what I can do to burn them. But, this year I enjoyed the food and my family. I let myself get full but not sick and stuffed. I hope all of you are enjoying the holiday season with a healthy mindset about what you eat and how much. I’m sure all of you gorgeous beings have earned it!! 💚
