parents don’t approve..

I have been dating this man in the air force. my dad doesn’t like military boys, and my mom is upset he isn’t our same religion (lds) . my dad even said he had a bad dream about him. i like this guy and he is sweet as can be. i truly believe if things work out, he will provide for me and our future family and do everything he can to make me happy. my parents are not on board and i have the hardest time with that... advice? what do i do?
