Twins or singleton...??

Question

I just had a PGS tested embryo transfer it on November 30… I have my first ultrasound on Friday… And I can't get over this sick all day feel like… I'm always nauseous and I've been throwing up a few times! Is this normal or does this mean twins? I'm so impatient and looking forward to Friday! 
Please tell me how you felt in the first trimester… This is my first pregnancy after two miscarriages.

This is normal. I have been sick since 6 weeks. 20 weeks later nausea meds are my best friend to function on a normal level.

This is exactly how I felt the entries first trimester sick all day I also transferred a PGS embryo a boy, do you know the gender or the baby? Two years ago I transferred a PGS embryo girl and didn’t feel like this at all it was the most awesome pregnancy
