Is this the end of it?

I’m going through a m/c right now i was 12w the day i started to bleed & this is my first m/c so i really don’t know much and i haven’t been to the doctor yet so i was just wondering is this the end of the cramping pain Ive been having or should i expect more pain still and passing more tissue like this ?

I passed a LOT more tissue than that and I was only 7w.

Yes , the pain does get worst but more like period cramps and pressure if the pain is unbearable go to the er. This happened to me when I first started having the miscarriage and I made it to the doctors just in time before the cramps got worst and the bleeding picked up and I later then miscarried in the ultrasound room.

Is this the end of it?
