Holiday Weight
So a while back I lost a bit of weight, probably because I was walking to work every day and barely eating. But I’ve been a steady 120 for a while now. I’m about 5’0”.
Over the past month or so I’ve gotten back to almost 130, I was wanting to work on losing weight to begin with, but now that I’ve gone back up I really want to. I don’t have time for the gym, I already tried it, but with how unreliable my schedule was and work 60 a week it was basically impossible.
So I’m wanting to get some help on how to get back to the point of loving my body again, and how I can work on myself to lose a little weight again.
