37 weeks and feeling like baby is stuck

It feels like shes stuck in my left hip/pelvic bone area. I try to rub that area to see if she moves on her own but she doesn't and it's been this way for a week now. I see my doctor tomorrow and he'll be checking me so I'm sure he'll feel if somethings wrong I just worry about needing a c-section if she actually is stuck. I'm only worried because I had a friend who had to have a c-section a few weeks ago because she felt the same thing and her baby really was stuck. Idk, I'm just nervous. I'm also nervous about my blood pressure. It's been high the past few visits and last time my doc was talking about induction. I'm just feeling very overwhelmed right now :(
