Help Please?! Please read it all and respond if you have any insight! 🤨

Okay I am on CD 45 of a normal 35-38 day cycle, very regular.

I got a positive ovulation test on the 3rd of December (clear blue advanced solid smiley).

On the 21st at 1:45pm I took a frer below are the results, picture taken within a couple mins of testing.

I took a couple cheapies that were negative, took another frer from a different box at 6ish pm, still faint second line

Since then I got one negative frer the next day, and several negative cheapies, I have been too scared to test again. But I am so late and have never been this late. I need some insight into what may be going on. Could I be pregnant? Just a msssed up cycle? I’m so lost and confused, been trying for so long 😒
