Have you been scared to have sex since finding out you're expecting?

I found out I was pregnant 2 and a half weeks ago and Im currently 7 1/2 weeks. But I'm yet to have sex with my husband since finding out. My confirmation appointment is on 3rd January and I just don't want anything to happen...... Am I being worried for no reason?

We’ve had a bunch of sex since finding out. My sex drive is higher now, but we’re careful. Mostly because I get nauseous rather than a fear of hurting the baby.

Was scared, and we’re taking it easy but had sex about 6 times between finding out and my first appointment...heard the heartbeat at 7w 5d last week, so everything’s good so far!

I just know how common it is to spot after sex and don't want that worry on my mind. Waiting until I see a heartbeat.

I had a miscarriage and ectopic this year and told my husband I don't feel comfortable until we get closer to the 2nd trimester. What I read says sex doesn't cause miscarriage but I am afraid of spotting.

I’m 8 weeks tomorrow and our first appointment is January 7. We have 6 year old twins, and with them we were told to abstain at our first appointment, but we hadn’t prior to that and I had been very uncomfortable each time. I’m waiting until after we see the doctor with this pregnancy.

I’ve been really scared to have sex since I found out and technically we haven’t since then but because I was away we hadn’t for a while before either... I feel selfish as well because I know my husband is feeling forgotten about and probably thinking I was only doing it to get pregnant but because of my morning sickness I just feel rubbish all day everyday and you just don’t want to be having sex when you feel like that 🤦🏻‍♀️ xx

Everyone’s always told me, “sex CANNOT hurt your baby” so I wasn’t afraid. Until the last couple weeks, every time after sex, I’m so sore and bleed.

I had sex for the first time yesterday at 6 weeks 3 days and ended up in hospital last night with spotting :( emergency scan this morning showed baby is fine but was very scary

I bleed EVERY TIME I have sex and I’m 8 weeks. The doctor told me that it was common and nothing to worry about but, I’m still worried.
