How can i stop?

So ive realized that i have a really high sex drive. And this leads to me masturbating almost every night. Even on nights that i have my period. And i didnt realize it was a problem til one of my friends called me a sex addict, bc i also screw a lot of guys multiple times. Even the ones i dont wanna screw in the first place and regret deeply afterwards. Once she pointed that out i realized that i do have a problem. That im a sex addict and i really really wanna stop. But i cant. I get really freaking horny at night and i always end up masturbating to take it away. Thank god, i havent slept with anyone in two weeks. But the thing is, i desperately want to. But i am able to control that part of my situation at least. The masturbating is a whole other issue though 🙃🙃 so any advice on how i can stop?
