I’ve had sex with a micro penis, he was my first so it was weird either way, and he came in 2 seconds, but if he knows how to use it it’s fine. The clit needs stimulation, so if he is on top and rubs against your clit you should be fine. Or if youre on top you can rub your clit on him. If you do have sex, just work together and tell him what works for you. Try different things out until you find out what you want
