Help me

Im 13 and my parents just got divorced and I live with my mom in apartments.

Every time I go to visit my dads, he always talks about her and rages at me for not helping me get her back. He uses me as leverage and I hate him. I don’t know what to do... He is fucking crazy and when he doesnt get his way with mom he says its all me and my sisters fault. I never want to go there again but he called the cops on me for not wanting to go over there thinking they could do something about it. I don’t know what to do. I really dont.
