TMI vaginal itching?

So I am almost 28 weeks pregnant and off and on throughout my pregnancy I have had vaginal itching at the opening of my vag no weird discharge no smell or anything like that just itching at my last appointment I talked to my Dr she gave me cream but it hasn't helped I do plan on talking to her more at my next appointment but just wanted some opinions...

I had that with my first pregnancy and am 7 weeks with my 2nd and it’s starting to happen. It’s either hormonal, or the increased blood flow to your vaginal area is causing some itchiness.
If there’s no weird smells or discharge then no need to worry, maybe get checked for thrush though? Just to rule it out.
