35 weeks...normal?

Ladies I’ve never carried this far so I’m not sure how the last month goes but does your baby have much smaller movements? I can make her move and feel her throughout the day but it’s less than normal and no big movements. This pregnancy has been really rough so I’m sure I’m just paranoid. Pic because I’m small and feel like my belly has gotten smaller in the last week...

My little boy was kicking like crazy right up until delivered him. Big movements, I could see his entire butt roll from side to side, feet and hands pressing out, soft and hard punches. And he was huge, in the 98th percentile.
It is a myth that babies run out of room and become less active or have smaller movements the further along you are.
Contact your OB immediately and they will likely want you in for monitoring.
I don't mean to scare you, but it's always better to be on the careful side than not.

Thanks ladies my OB had me go to L&D to get checked and she looks great she’s tucked behind my placenta so that’s why I’ve had a hard time feeling her.

My daughter was way small and she had a few rest periods around growth spurts where she wouldn’t move as much as normal. Pretty positive at 35 weeks I went to the hospital because she was doing this and I was nervous and she was fine. Drink some juice and wait a couple hours and your baby should get a bit kicky. But they tend to get lazy closer to the finish line.

Your belly looks low. You might feel smaller because she dropped down some. If you’re concerned call your OB for sure.

My baby moves quite a bit but they aren’t usually big movements. I usually feel little wiggles, hiccups, her hands moving down by my cervix, or her sticking her feet out of my ribs/sides lol. If you’re worried definitely call your doctor!!! Always better to be safe than sorry

Definitely get checked out. Babies don’t move less the further along you are. Good luck x
