As long as the rash isn’t on the face or neck and is breathing normal I wouldn’t worry too much.

No, I personally wouldnt. I'd just monitor it and make sure it wasnt getting any worse. But if you would feel better going to the er then definitely go and put yourself at ease.

I fed my baby girl peas and she broke out in full body hives but everything I was reading said it’s only a medical emergency if the tongue/mouth swell or if they seem to be in distress/altered breathing

If there are no signs of anaphylaxis...NO. There’s are far worse things going around the hospital right now! Call your on call pediatrician, they will recommend you’re next move 🙂
