Has anyone tried acupressure for inducing labor?

I was reading and someone said that based on a study of women after 39 weeks who tried acupressure, 95% of them went into labor within 6-48 hours!! Not sure if its true or if it works but just curious if anyone has tried this. Personally i have never even heard of this trick before

I tried this last night around 11pm (currently 7am) I tried SP6 above the ankles and nothing, I then tried LI4 on the inner hands and baby started moving around! I woke up around 1am with BH but chose to ignore them, and then I woke up around 4am with BH... chose to ignore again as I didn’t want to excite myself over nothing. Will continue to try again today! Currently have 9 days left until EDD

I’ve done fertility acupuncture and felt it was helpful. I’ll definitely try it in my third trimester for easier labor.
