yeast infection or something else ??? help !!!!!

me and my boyfriend last had sex about a week or week and a half ago and after that i had symptoms of a uti , mostly just the burning pain when i pee. so i had been taking uricalm and the symptoms seemed to go away. then i got my period and it seems like they came back , but are worse. every time i pee it has a really foul smell , the inside of my vagina is very itchy but not around the clit or anything , just the actual inside , and now it feels like i have the burning feeling back when i urinate and i don’t know what to do because this is probably the worst pain i’ve ever had !
