contractions or nah

hey mommas! so my whole family is saying i’m in labor, but i’m not sure if i am or not. around 4 am, i woke up to a pretty uncomfortable crampy pain in my lower abdomen, it was where my lady bit ended and where my stomach begins. it was there for ab 30-45 seconds and than it went away. and came back like 20 mins later. that went on for an hour. so i was finally able to get back to sleep and woke up around 8-830 this morning and i’ve been having those pains ever since i woke up, the last one i had was 7 mins apart, lasting 57 seconds. i’m just confused if it’s labor or braxton hicks bc it’s not all over my stomach?? someone help!! i feel like an idiot lol
