Pubic bone pain- remedies?
I know that pain in your pubic bone area is just caused from typical stretching in preparation for baby, and that there's extra blood flow etc. I'm 25 weeks, baby #4, and have never had pains as intense as these during pregnancy. Is there anything I can do to help ease some of the pain?
