26 weeks and leaking!!!

I work at a daycare and we just got an infant and every time he cries or cries and cuddles into my chest, my boobs start to leak.. ALOT like a steady stream. Almost like it does right after you have a baby and your own cries or starts eating. Is there anything I can do? I've heard of i pump what I'm leaking it could put me into labor sooner because the contractions could start because of it.
